Back in early 2007 I was left a little burnt out from working in the games industry, and found my drawing had suffered. For over a year, I had hardly drawn at all. Inspired by one of Bobby Chiu's podcasts, I began a little digital painting challenge with a friend - the theme was titled "Panda with Office Supplies".

The piece really captured my mood of the time, and was possibly highly influenced by almost daily ritualistic viewings of the movie "Office Space".

Butterfly model to be featured in a TVC pitch. All textures are completely painted originals.
